This project transformed an aging single-storey family dwelling into a spacious modern two-level sanctuary flooded with natural light. The client entrusted ArtMade to create their dream home accommodating both family needs and guests, with consideration for outdoor living with the existing swimming pool, garden, and landscaped front yards.
The residence was consciously zoned to dedicate the ground level to children's and guest bedrooms and shared spaces, while level one is dedicated to the main bedroom suite and home office. Throughout the home, special attention was paid to maximizing light while maintaining privacy and providing visual connections to outdoor natural elements. The 593 square meter project is valued at $1.5 million and has received CDC approval.


A return client engaged ArtMade to transform a flood-impacted corner block in Kensington into a striking dual occupancy residence that harmonizes with the environment. The design aimed to create two light-filled, four-bedroom homes featuring double-height spaces, which invite natural sunlight and provide seamless connections to the landscaped gardens. Natural finishes were thoughtfully selected to enhance aesthetic appeal, ensuring the dwellings not only stand out but also complement the surrounding landscape.
This modern development optimizes both space and style to deliver a sophisticated residential solution. The 550 square meter project is valued at $1.5 million and is currently under construction.


This residential project embodies a modernist approach to clifftop living in Maroubra, seamlessly integrating with its coastal surroundings. ArtMade aimed to elevate coastal living by crafting a sleek façade characterized by clean lines and expansive glazing, ensuring interiors are bathed in natural light and enhancing the sense of openness.
The design features rooftop infinity pools and terraces that seamlessly integrate with the surroundings, providing an immersive experience with the landscape. A careful selection of neutral tones and materials strikes a balance between warmth and contemporary sophistication. The 491 square meter project is valued at $4.9 million and is currently under assessment.

This tranquil dual living project responds to a challenging site with a 2.5m-3m fall from street to rear. The primary design strategy positioned main circulation and access centrally within each dwelling, optimizing available width and maximizing floor area for habitable spaces. ArtMade responded to the site's topography and width limitations by incorporating courtyards and terraces, creating serenity with lush landscaping visible from every room.
To enhance luxury, a void was introduced over the living space, connecting to the rear yard and enhancing spaciousness. The material palette maintains a refined and timeless aesthetic, using neutral bagged brick complemented by timber elements. This 588 square meter project is valued at $1.5 million and is currently under construction.

This prestigious waterfront development in Canton Beach maximizes ocean views with modern, light-filled interiors and spacious balconies. ArtMade Architects was engaged to update an existing project with an approved Development Application, addressing challenges including site constraints, existing sewer, sandy soils, and outdated design needing updates to meet current standards. The architects re-evaluated and refined the design, addressing inconsistencies in floor plans, reconfiguring the basement car park, and adjusting the adaptable unit while maintaining approved external wall parameters.
The waterfront location inspired the spatial arrangement, with balconies and living areas oriented to maximize views. The project features a neutral color palette of whites, greys, and warm wood tones that reflects the oceanfront environment. The 720 square meter development is valued at $7.5 million.


This contemporary yet simple residence sets a benchmark for the neighbourhood's architectural style in Russell Lea. Following the successful design of two childcare centres, the client approached ArtMade for their third re-development of a Dwelling House. The architects embarked to maximize the building area while delivering a distinctive design within the Complying Development Certificate constraints.
The project began with an internal design competition to ensure every unique idea was considered. The design process considered the future streetscape, setting a benchmark for the neighbourhood's architectural style, with spatial design approached to create a feeling of expansiveness with a luxurious touch. This 330 square meter project is valued at $1 million and has been completed
