We understand the juggle of balancing a rewarding career with life at home, but we walk the talk when it comes to supporting our team with finding the best solution that works for them. I joined the ArtMade team in 2017 after taking time out to raise my two children, I was looking to re-join the workforce in a full-time capacity. After working part time for quite some time I imagined the transition would be quite challenging. In retrospect the transition was quite smooth and over the years ArtMade have provided me with a flexible and caring work environment. I remember in the early days the kids used to pop in to the studio after school for a snack and a chat on their way home. Regular family events and picnics allow us to get to know our fellow team members and their families, these kinds of events really bond the team and cement the culture. The work environment is fun and enjoyable, we celebrate our wins and encourage collaboration and feedback. The studio is always looking at ways to grow and move forward and I have enjoyed playing an integral role in the transition.
