ArtMade’s design for this residential building adopts a refined coastal character with well-planned apartments and a communal rooftop terrace oriented to water views. Shaded seating, landscaping, and generous glazing make the shared spaces genuinely usable year-round, while careful shaping of the building form and sightline testing preserve key neighbouring view corridors.

ArtMade’s team secured an early works CC to maintain momentum for project management while a revised Development Application (DA) proceeded via the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales (LEC). ArtMade coordinated site works, planning, and a new consultant team.
The design process integrated an additional apartment and a communal rooftop terrace, preserving key view corridors to address neighbour concerns.
