Design Response
During the design process, the interior was carefully designed to enhance openness, visibility, and everyday functionality within the childcare environment. Large circular openings and integrated joinery elements strengthen transparency across spaces — while supporting supervision and seamless movement throughout the centre.
Child-Centred Design Concept
The design encourages children’s exploration through gentle transitions, soft geometries, and interconnected play areas. Spaces were planned to feel open, safe and visually engaging, whilst supporting interaction, curiosity and comfort for children throughout the day.
Arched vistas frame not just views but childhood wonder, infusing each play space with the elegance of discovery.

Natural light plays a central role within the design, highlighting the depth and texture of the curved architectural forms. Custom joinery, integrated storage, light-filled spaces, and continuous material transitions contribute to a seamless and calming interior experience.
