Artarmon Childcare
An experienced childcare operator and developer approached ArtMade following the purchase of a site in Artarmon. The site was already DA approved for a childcare centre. For this project to be financially viable construction had to commence immediately, a staged Construction Certificate was swiftly attained through the assistance of the ArtMade team.
There were numerous issues with the development, ArtMade had to alter the design and provide prompt solutions. In essence the documentation ran side by side with the construction.
